Leadership

Ms. Butler is a visionary leader with more than 14 years of experience in child welfare and social services. She earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Texas A&M International University. 

Ms. Butler began her career in 2010 as a case manager. She quickly moved up to become a Program Director and then promoted to a Regional Director. Ms. Butler is a licensed child placing agency administrator since 2014. 

Before establishing Serenity, Ms. Butler founded another successful foster care agency, which she later sold. Her ability to build and scale impactful solutions highlights her deep commitment and expertise in the field. 

Ms. Butler attributes her achievements and journey to her faith, giving glory to God for the guidance and strength she has received. 

Ms. Butler blends her spiritual insights with professional acumen to drive meaningful change in the foster care system. Her leadership at Serenity continues to reflect her passion for advocacy and faith-based principles.
